Dog owners ~ we welcome dogs to Green Woods Inn and have had many happy Canine visitors.

In consideration of all guests, we ask that our 'pet guests' respect the following conditions:-

  • Pets are not permitted in the breakfast/dining room

  • Pets may not be left alone while on the property (except in the owner's car during breakfast)

  • Owners are to provide appropriate bedding and/or cages and pets are not allowed on furniture, beds or bed linens

  • Owners must stoop & scoop (plastic bags and a garbage bin are provided for guest convenience)

  • There is a $10.00/night charge for pet guests to cover the cost of full room sanitization  

  • Please respect our other guests and keep dogs under control at all times

Following each dog visit the room is fully disinfected and cleaned.

To cover the extra cleaning a $10/night charge will be added to the cost of your room 

 

Should dry cleaning of duvet covers etc. be found necessary, or damage caused 

charges will be passed on to dog owners and charged against the credit card provided

Having travelled with our 80lb dog, Opie (now sadly no long with us) we found that these points were no problem to follow and, in fact, helped her become used to strange environments. If you decide you would like to reserve a room, we would ask that you provide us with your names (including your dogs' name), address and telephone number, together with credit card number and expiry date. Also, let us know if any in your party have any food allergies or concerns.
