Our guest lounge provides that perfect location for a cozy, comfy chat or just to sit and lose yourself in a good book.  Equipped with a television, 'fresh brew' coffee/beverage machine, magazines and comfy chairs to curl up into.

  For regular reservations we require 72 hours notice of cancellation prior to noon on the date of your scheduled stay.  If you do not provide the required notice the rate quoted will be charged to the credit card number provided at the time of reserving the room

For block reservations (taking three or more rooms on the same day) or for special occasion dates we have a 30 day Cancellation Policy (the same provisions, as above, apply)

Green Woods Inn is located on the world renowned Rideau Heritage Route, close to Fort Henry at the start of the beautiful 1000 Islands on the St. Lawrence River. Our Inn has been recently renovated and we now offer luxurious bathrooms and central air. Each of our four private rooms is equipped with full private bathrooms, kettle/tea making facility, with complementary parking and WIFI available to all guests. We use only the best linens in our rooms and the freshest ingredients in our delicious breakfast. We cater to most dietary concerns so please don’t hesitate to let us know of your special diet needs when making your reservations at the Green Woods Inn.
